Lydia Trowbridge

Co-Managing Editor

I'm looking forward to expanding my writing skills, improving my editing abilities, and becoming more of an active member of the writing community.

Lydia Trowbridge is a Sophomore studying English & Writing. She started The Crossings in the Fall of '24 as Commissioning Editor & Content Creator. Now, she has assumed the role of Co-Managing Editor. Lydia enjoyed her experience last year and is excited to continue pursuing work experience.

Lydia grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana, and hopes to one day work in the creative writing field. She enjoys hanging out with friends, watching TV/movies, writing, and reading. Her favorite novels include classics like Little Women and Pride & Prejudice, in addition to more recent books like The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. Overall, Lydia's favorite author is Jane Austen.
